AI labs license de-identified copies of the everyday records established firms already keep. I find the right buyer, tell you exactly who they are, and walk you through the deal. The buyer pays my fee. You pay nothing.
A rough sense of scale for a firm like yours
Get my real estimateIllustration only, not an offer. This is my own rough sketch, not any buyer's pricing model. Real offers depend on your systems, industry and a data review, and could be lower, higher, or not available.
Models learned language from websites and books. What they haven't seen is how an agency renews a policy, how a CPA closes the books, or how a contractor prices a change order. That know-how lives in your inbox and your systems.
So labs now pay to license it. They aren't looking for anything exciting. Routine records and a long history are the point: ten years of ordinary work teaches more than a year of anything unusual.
Two minutes. No files. No cost.
No IT project, no shopping your data to strangers, and no one else calling you.
Two minutes. Size, history, the systems you use.
Confidential, at a time that suits you.
Look at a de-identified sample and the written terms, with your attorney.
Work out which of your records buyers want and a realistic range.
Introduce you to the best-fit buyer by name so you can check them out yourself.
Price, scope, permitted use and payment timing, laid out before you sign.
Coordinate with your IT contact on the export and stay with you until the money lands.
A few questions on size, history and systems. Nothing is uploaded and no logins are shared.
We confirm what you have and I tell you which buyer fits, by name.
Look over a de-identified sample of your own records before anything is agreed.
Read the buyer's written terms. If you sign, the buyer pays your company directly under those terms.
Names, contact details and account numbers are swapped for consistent placeholders, so the business process is still readable but nobody can be identified.
Illustrative example. Every name, company and number above is made up. No de-identification process removes every risk, which is why you review a sample of your own records before anything is signed.
No de-identification removes every risk, so you review a sample first and your attorney reviews the terms.
Plus email, chat, tickets and invoices, the everyday systems every firm has.
When a deal closes, the buyer pays me a referral fee on top of what they pay you. It doesn't come out of your check, and there's no cost to you at any stage.
Some brokers keep their buyer secret. I don't. Before you go further, I tell you which buyer I'm introducing you to, so you can research them and talk to them directly.
No fine print hiding behind this table.
| Who pays me | The buyer |
|---|---|
| Cost to you | $0 |
| Your time | About an hour |
| What you keep | Your originals and your company |
| Walk away | Any time before you sign |

Don't see yours? Ask on the call. There's no obligation.
Buyers have published ranges from about $100K into the millions, depending on headcount, years of history, industry and which systems you use. That's not a guarantee. Your actual number comes from the buyer after a data review.
Identifying details are replaced before anything leaves, and you review a de-identified sample of your own records first. No method is perfect, so that review is a real checkpoint, not a formality.
Possibly, but your profession has its own confidentiality and privilege rules. Have your attorney and compliance resources review any deal. Some firms choose to include only internal, non-client records.
A fair question. You never pay anything, I never ask for passwords or bank details to get started, I name the buyer so you can verify them, and nothing is shared until you've signed terms you and your attorney approve.
The buyer pays me a referral fee when a deal closes. Owners never pay me, and I'm happy to tell you the fee arrangement on our call.
No. You keep your business. This is a license of a copy of past records.
